Everything you need to know before submitting your manuscript
Submission Process
Create Account / Sign In
If you're new to EMANP Journal of Intelligence-based Management and Business, you'll need to create an author account. Existing authors can sign in to access their dashboard and manage submissions.
Fill Metadata Form
Complete the submission form with all required information:
- Article title
- Abstract (150-300 words)
- Keywords (5-8 keywords)
- Article type (Research Article, Review, Case Study, etc.)
- Subject area
Upload Manuscript PDF
Upload your manuscript in PDF format. Ensure the file follows our formatting guidelines and is properly anonymized for peer review.
Add Co-Authors
Add all co-authors with their full names, affiliations, and email addresses. Ensure the order of authors is correct as it cannot be changed after submission.
Accept Copyright Agreement
Review and accept the copyright agreement. By submitting, you confirm that the manuscript is original, has not been published elsewhere, and all authors have agreed to the submission.
Formatting Rules
Author Guidelines
- Title page with authors’ names, affiliations, and contact details.
- Abstract and keywords prepared according to journal guidelines.
- Main manuscript file anonymized for peer review (if applicable).
- Tables and figures correctly numbered, captioned, and cited in the text.
- References formatted according to the journal’s style.
- Plagiarism check completed and similarity within acceptable limits.
- Cover letter to the editor uploaded (if required).
- All required supplementary files (datasets, appendices, ethical approvals, etc.) uploaded.
Submission Requirements
Authors must ensure that, before clicking “Submit”, the manuscript satisfies all of the following requirements:
- The work is original, not previously published, and not under consideration by any other journal.
- All authors have read and approved the manuscript and agree with its submission to JEAM.
- The manuscript matches the journal’s scope and fits one of the accepted article types.
- The text, references, tables, and figures comply with the journal’s formatting and referencing style.
- Any third‑party material (figures, tables, instruments, large text passages) is used with written permission where required and is properly acknowledged.
- Research involving humans/animals or sensitive data includes a statement of ethics approval and consent.
- All sources of funding and any potential conflicts of interest are fully disclosed in the manuscript.
- The similarity index (plagiarism check) is within the journal’s acceptable limit as defined in its ethics policy.
- The manuscript is written in clear English and has been language‑checked if necessary.
Text for the confirmation box:
“I confirm that my manuscript meets all the submission requirements listed above.”
Citation Guidelines
All references should follow a consistent citation style. We recommend using APA, MLA, or Chicago style. Ensure all in-text citations have corresponding entries in the references section.

Authors should verify each item before final submission:
- Manuscript fits JEAM’s Aim & Scope and contribution is clearly stated in the Introduction and Conclusion.
- Title page includes full author names, affiliations, email addresses, and corresponding author details; main file is anonymized for double‑blind review.
- Abstract (150–250 words) and 4–6 keywords are provided.
- All tables and figures are numbered, titled, and cited in the text; files are uploaded separately if requested.
- References are complete and consistently formatted according to the selected style; all in‑text citations appear in the reference list and vice versa.
- Conflict of interest and funding statements are included; acknowledgments (if any) are placed in the correct section.
- Ethics statement is included for studies involving human participants, animals, or sensitive/secondary data, as applicable.
- Plagiarism check has been performed; similarity report is acceptable and available on request.
- All required supplementary files (datasets, instruments, appendices, ethics approvals, etc.) have been uploaded.
- The author has read and agrees to the journal’s Open Access Policy, Copyright Policy, and Peer‑Review Policy.

Competing Interest Statement
All authors must declare any financial or non‑financial competing interests that could be perceived to influence the work reported in this article.
Examples include, but are not limited to, employment or consultancy relationships, stock or share ownership, paid expert testimony, patent applications or registrations, honoraria, grants or other funding, and close personal or professional relationships that may create a conflict of interest.
If there are no relevant competing interests to declare, the authors should include the following statement in the manuscript: ‘The authors declare that there are no known financial or non‑financial competing interests that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paperAll authors must declare any financial or non‑financial competing interests that could be perceived to influence the work reported in this article.
Examples include, but are not limited to, employment or consultancy relationships, stock or share ownership, paid expert testimony, patent applications or registrations, honoraria, grants or other funding, and close personal or professional relationships that may create a conflict of interest.
If there are no relevant competing interests to declare, the authors should include the following statement in the manuscript: ‘The authors declare that there are no known financial or non‑financial competing interests that could have appeared to influence the work reported in this paper
Copyright Agreement
For all articles accepted for publication in the Journal of Excellence in Accounting and Management, the authors retain the copyright to their work.
However, the authors grant Excellence in Management & Academic Network Publishing a perpetual, non‑exclusive license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and archive the article in any medium or format, and to make it available to the public under the journal’s open access policy.
By signing this Copyright Agreement, the authors confirm that:
- The manuscript is original, does not infringe any existing copyright or other rights of any third party, and has not been previously published or simultaneously submitted to another journal.
- All authors have significantly contributed to the work and have approved the final version of the manuscript.
- Any material (figures, tables, images, instruments, or substantial text) taken from other sources has been used with written permission where required, and the original source is properly acknowledged.
- The article will be published under the journal’s chosen open‑access license (for example, a Creative Commons license), allowing others to use the work as long as proper attribution is given and the terms of the license are respected.
The corresponding author signs this agreement on behalf of all co‑authors and confirms that they are authorized to do so.
