Peer Review Policy
Peer Review Policy
The journal follows a rigorous, fair, and timely peer‑review process to ensure academic and professional quality in accounting and management research.
Review model
- The journal uses a double‑blind peer review: reviewers do not know the authors’ identities, and authors do not know the reviewers’ identities.
- Each submitted manuscript that passes the initial editorial screening is typically evaluated by at least two independent reviewers with expertise in the relevant area.
Process
- The editor‑in‑chief or an associate editor first checks each submission for scope, quality, and adherence to ethical and formatting requirements.
- Suitable manuscripts are sent to reviewers who assess originality, methodological rigor, clarity, relevance, and contribution to the field.
- Reviewers provide a recommendation (accept, minor revision, major revision, or reject) along with constructive comments to help authors improve their work.
- The final decision rests with the editor‑in‑chief, who may seek additional reviews if needed.
Ethics and conflicts of interest
- Reviewers must treat manuscripts as confidential and must not use any unpublished material for personal advantage.
- Editors and reviewers must declare and avoid conflicts of interest with the authors or the content of the manuscript.
- Suspected plagiarism, duplicate publication, or data fabrication is investigated following recognized publishing‑ethics guidelines
