Peer Review Policy

Our commitment to rigorous and transparent peer review

After successfully submitting your manuscript, it enters the peer-review process. You may monitor its progress at any time through the journal’s online submission system.

  1. The Editor (and, when applicable, Associate Editors) conducts an initial assessment of the manuscript’s scope, suitability, quality, originality, and relevance to the journal’s readership. Based on this evaluation, the manuscript is either sent for external peer review or rejected if it does not meet the journal’s criteria.
  2. Once the required reviews are received (typically two), the Editor makes an initial decision: accept, reject, or request revision. If revision is requested, the author is given adequate time to address the comments and submit a revised version.
  3. When submitting the revision, the author must provide a clear, point-by-point response demonstrating how each reviewer and/or editorial comment has been addressed. The revised manuscript is then re-evaluated by the handling editor, who may issue a decision directly or send it for further review. Multiple rounds of revision may be requested before a final decision is made.
