Peer Review Policy

The Journal of Sustainable Digital Transformation in Management (JSDTM) employs a rigorous double-blind peer review process to ensure the highest standards of scholarly quality, originality, and relevance. All submissions undergo an initial editorial screening for scope alignment, ethical compliance, and completeness before being assigned to at least two independent expert reviewers selected based on their expertise in sustainable digital transformation and management. Reviewers provide detailed, constructive feedback within 4-6 weeks, recommending acceptance, minor/major revisions, or rejection; the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision, with authors receiving reviewer comments anonymously. This process adheres to COPE (Committee on Publication Ethics) guidelines and is publicly detailed to meet Scopus requirements for transparent, peer-reviewed content.


Open Access Policy

JSDTM is a fully open-access journal, providing immediate, free, and unrestricted online access to all articles upon publication under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International (CC BY 4.0) license. This allows users to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to full texts for any lawful purpose, provided proper attribution is given to the original authors. Article Processing Charges (APCs) are waived for all authors to promote equitable access and global dissemination; funding comes from institutional support. The policy aligns with Plan S compliance and Scopus criteria for international readability and accessibility

Copyright Notice

Authors retain the copyright of their published works in JSDTM and grant the journal a non-exclusive license to publish, distribute, and archive articles under the CC BY 4.0 license. This enables broad reuse while ensuring authors can share their work in repositories, presentations, or future publications with proper citation to JSDTM as the original source. Authors must obtain permissions for any third-party materials (e.g., figures, tables) prior to submission, warranting that submissions are original and not plagiarized. This policy supports Scopus standards for ethical publishing and author rights.

Privacy Statement

JSDTM collects minimal personal data from users (e.g., names, emails, affiliations for submissions/reviews) solely to manage the peer-review process, publication, and site functionality. Data is stored securely, used only for editorial purposes, and not shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law. Authors and reviewers can access, correct, or delete their data upon request via the journal editor. Cookies track anonymous site usage for improvement; no sensitive information is collected. This complies with data protection regulations and Scopus expectations for ethical journal operations
